Hello, I'm Sonia. I'm a professor, counselor and intuitive whose philosophy on reaching more ease in this life is through --healing the body in its most organic and purest form. After twenty years of working with diverse clients, I have found dynamic healing using the 4 body system. This approach to healing trauma and living a life of more ease is something plenty of us are ready to receive.  This opportunity is when traumatic energy can move to a higher vibrational frequency. Sonia spent two decades working on herself, while teaching and learning to help her community. Her facilitation expands throughout the U.S, U.K, Japan, South American and the Caribbean. She is a natural and trained facilitator in spirituality and academia. Alongside her career as a Stage Lighting Designer, professor, trailblazer and visionary, Sonia is also a writer and manifestor.  Her work with energy, whether in electricity to illuminate the lighting on a stage or as a light worker: intuitive energy healer to provide her clients with healing energetics, she knows its in's and out's. In addition to, Sonia has studied food healing, herbalism, holistic health, spiritual care, and continues to learn. She’s now expanding her network on YouTube, Instagram and soon TikTok.
